We're looking for a Breakfast Chef who can hit the ground running and bring confidence, pace, and positivity to our Clocktower Brasserie.

You'll take the lead on breakfast service, ensuring every plate meets our high standards while guiding and supporting junior team members throughout the shift. With 160 covers to deliver, your organisation, calm under pressure, and commitment to quality will set the tone for the entire morning.

Key Responsibilities 

• Opening and supervising the Breakfast service
• Preparation of dishes using the best fresh & local produce
• Assist with the running of breakfast and lunch service within the kitchen
• Take pride in being responsible for helping to deliver high-quality food for our guests
• Work across all kitchens within the Rudding Park estate
• Work as a team, communicating with all kitchens and front of house team members
• Work individually and make decisions
• Deal with deliveries and stock rotation
• Maintain kitchen hygiene standard at all times
• Follow and adhere to all health & safety / COSHH protocol
• Do all the above whilst following the core values of Rudding Park.

In return for your hard work and commitment we offer:

• Enhanced pay - 50p per hour for evening work after 7pm (Sunday - Thursday), £1 per hour for weekend day work until 7pm (Saturdays and Sundays), £1.50 per hour for evenings from 7pm (Friday and Saturdays)
• Service Charge (Tronc) earn up to an additional £5,000 per year
• Company sick pay for up to 4 weeks
