The Rudding Park team's core purpose is to create timeless memories and instinctive care in exceptional spaces.
We are looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant. This would include serving and clearing food to and from tables - presenting and pouring beverage to tables. Work within the standards set by the hotel to ensure guest service is met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serving food to tables from the kitchen - showing competent knowledge of what is being served.
- Displaying, opening and pouring beverage to the table - showing skill to present and open a bottle of wine.
- Clearing tables
- Taking up any other duties needed asked for by Duty Manager
