About the Role
We are seeking a casual Spa Host/Linen Assistant to join our well established Spa Front of House team. Responsible for the overall standards and cleanliness of The Spa to ensure a seamless journey for our guests and members.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Attention to detail - preparation of the day to day visual standards of the Spa departments. To create memorable guest experiences through the excellent organisation and upkeep of areas within the Spa.
- Ability to work cohesively alongside the reception and wider spa team, to provide the highest levels of guest service, and efficient operational standards, monitoring to continually improve development.
- Fit and able to move clean and dirty laundry around The Spa and general housekeeping and cleaning duties such as stocking guest lockers and transferring linen around departments and general spa cleanliness, ensuring the spa environment is clean and inviting.
- Bringing all clean laundry down to the spa and taking away dirty linen when towel drops start to fill.
- Maintaining stock of amenities in changing rooms i.e cotton pads, shampoo conditioner ect.
- Maintaining cleanliness of changing rooms, washrooms, and other public Spa areas.
- Carrying out any additional duties as requested by management.
- Assisting spa reception with touring guests around the spa.
- Set up all areas of the spa for the day, including making sure all areas has laundry that is required and setting up rasul treatments.
- Previous experience in a guest facing role desirable.
